The full moon occurs officially at 9.04pm ET. It promises to be very energetic in view of the fact that it takes place in Sagittarius. This lunar month has been characterized by extreme weather, moving tectonic plates, violent human behaviour and heightened tension in world events.

All the dramas of the past 2 weeks will peak today and over the weekend, but it will take another week before everything falls into place. That will come with the last quarter moon of next Friday. If you’ve had something troubling you since this lunar month began two weeks ago on May 16th, it’ll seem like you absolutely must do something about it now. A sense of urgency will capture you particularly as the Moon slips past the star, Antares, the heart of the Scorpion, at 9pm ET. Happily, the tension will lift by Friday morning as the Moon glides past jolly Jupiter at 7.19am ET for her once-a-month visit.
