Happy people are energetic people. If something truly engages and inspires you, you will summon the strength and time for it from somewhere. If something hurts, or sits uneasily with you, no amount of sleep or healthy food will produce the motivation to tackle it. In theory you know all this, but find it hard nonetheless to break the mood that’s set in. The sky, this week, may not allow you to put everything right but it will at least help you spot and then, to start to repair, whatever is wrong.
