The current emotional climate is not giving you much opportunity to wear a happy face. Someone is not deliberately intending to annoy you, but it seems you have grown apart in an alarming way. A mess needs to be sifted through and sorted out, if you are going to salvage things. Is it worth the effort? Most certainly it is. Tackled properly, it will bring much happiness.
