Uranus, the shaker, is at peak power. Two strong earthquakes struck early this morning. The first was a magnitude 6.3 quake near the Fiji Islands in the Pacific and the second, a magnitude 6.2, followed a few hours later in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca. Meanwhile, Texas is on alert for the arrival of Hurricane Alex which is also hampering clean up operations at the site of the BP Gulf oil spill. It’s the first June hurricane on the Atlantic side of Mexico and Central America since 1995.

Uranus has a good side too, though. It brings awakenings, a growth in consciousness, innovation, positive change and unexpected surprises. Its close proximity to Jupiter (expansion, good fortune) indicates that you are potentially coming face to face with a major opportunity of advancement. If you’re the six-time Wimbledon tennis champion, Roger Federer, you’re not so happy. He got unexpectedly dumped today in London by the 12th seed Tomas Berdych. But has far as the Czech star is concerned, he just pulled of a stunner.

It’s a great time now for underdogs. So, if you think your chances are slim, think again. Face your challenges with bold courage and trust in the power of Uranus. You may be in line for a spectacular surprise.
