The struggle between Saturn (status quo) and Uranus (revolution) has just been ramped up with the publication by Wikileaks.org of 90,000 classified US military documents. Today brings the fifth and final direct connection of this rare opposition alignment. Just because it’s the last direct alignment doesn’t mean it’s coming to an end – no, not by any stretch of the imagination. The real action has only just begun.

The first of these five alignments took place on Nov 4, 2008 on the day of the American general election that made Barack Obama president on a platform of change. The depth of that change as we approach the two year mark is causing a great deal of alarm and fomenting rebellion in America.

Wikileaks.com represents Uranus – revolution and change. Saturn is the status quo. Pluto, the ruler of repressed and hidden material, is currently digging deep into that Saturn/Uranus alignment. And now the Full Moon is amplifying the energy and putting the spotlight on the whole celestial battle scene.

You’d think that Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks was taking council from an astrologer. But such is undoubtedly not the case. You and I and everyone else in this world are totally immersed in the hidden planetary machinations that play out on a daily basis behind the backstage curtain of life. When it comes down to it weren’t not half as free as we think we are. If we could sit up high on Mt. Olympus and look down on the poor hapless mortals that “strut and fret their hour upon the stage,” we’d clearly see how much of our behaviour comes as a consequence of deep unconscious dramas.

The news of this monumental leak and the threat it poses to the security of the western world will keep us busy for many weeks to come. Mars now is energizing the Uranus (revolutionary) side of the equation now and in the coming days. And guess who is making an appearance on prime time American TV tomorrow? None other than the maverick, Michael Moore.
