Uranus high tide – Mercury at a standstill –Mobile network crashes in UK
Uranus (technology, unpredictability, revolution) has come to a full stop today. This means that over the past few weeks, its influence and impact on our human experience has been exceptionally potent. Everything that Uranus rules comes to the fore at times like this; hence, the revolutionary spirit, unpredictable events and technological news are making headlines

Mercury, meanwhile, is also at a virtual standstill as it prepares to stop and turn backwards on Sunday. Mercury (Hermes) rules how things move from Point A to Point B. It regulates the flow of life. When it stops glitches happen in technology, difficulties arise in transportation, break downs occur with communications, disruptions afflict travel and staying on schedule requires the patience of an Angel. Apparently, these celestial beings are very patient. This is quite difficult to independently verify.

We don’t have to look far for the symptoms in our human experience to appear. O2 the UK mobile phone network has been beset with severe problems on Wednesday and Thursday as hundreds of thousands of customers were without voice and data connections.

O2 is not the only network operator to have experienced problems. France Telecom’s mobile network Orange experienced similar issues last week. The crash was the biggest disruption of communications seen in France since 2004.

And there’s more drama to come with the crescendo of Sunday’s Mercury standstill. NASA announced that a CME (coronal mass ejection) exploded off the Sun. That’s when Sunspots flare off the Sun. The behemoth sunspot AR1520 unleashed a huge X1.4-class flare on July 12th. It is headed directly toward our planet and is expected to hit Earth on July 14. This could spark strong geomagnetic storms. It is not expected to pose a serious threat to satellite or astronauts, but this could change if the storm continues to intensify.

X-class flares are big. They are major events that can trigger planet-wide radio blackouts and long-lasting radiation storms. Their power is graded on a scale from X1 to X9.
