Welcome to the New World
The world didn’t end! We’re still alive! One can’t help by feel uplifted to know that the world is still spinning on its axis. The Mayans are negotiating a new 5,125 year contract. We still have bargaining rights with the big Kahuna up in the sky. Perhaps, it’s short reprieve before we go over the cosmic cliff. That’s the astrological version of the fiscal cliff. I’m sure we can do a deal to keep the world going.

I’m looking forward to a great 2013 for all of us. Without doubt, though, tensions are high and danger is lurking. We’ll have to muster up all the positive thinking we can.

I’ll write more for the Thought for the Day later today. There’s heavy flooding in the UK. That’s linked to Jupiter’s connection to Antares. As I wrote a few weeks ago, I feared that flooding would intensify in the UK around Dec 21 due to Jupiter moving through a tough alignment.

The Truth in your Heart
There are lot of cynics who leap at any opportunity to disparage or ridicule anything of a modern New Age spiritual ilk. To them the fact that the world didn’t end on Friday, gives them the vindictive pleasure of dismissing yet another World End mania.

Well, to start with, there is no real evidence from what the Mayans left us that the world would end yesterday anyway. The notion of an apocalypse taking place on precisely Dec 21 has been hyped up by Hollywood and the media.

There is, however, very little doubt that Dec 21 did indeed mark the end of the 5,125-year Mayan Long Count Calendar. It is arguably an important date. It is a date like no other. It has gravitas. It’s real. And the change that’s going in the world is real, profound and highly significant. It’s in our face.

In my opinion, we have now crossed the line and entered a new world. The old world is rapidly falling apart and coming to an end. Tectonic plates are cracking up and shifting. Volcanoes are puffing up smoke and ash. They are trumpeting in the new age. There is a high risk of more big earthquakes like the mag-9.0 that shook up Japan on March 11, 2011. Volcanic eruptions, I feel, are sure to get bigger and more severe too.

We have to prepare for it all in the most positive way possible. How? By looking into ourselves and knowing the source of the Universe is within all of us. We all need each other in this search for truth and meaning.

You have the ability to connect with and draw inspiration from the benevolent source of this Universe. You are free to believe what you feel is true. No one has the right to impose their truth on you. Truth is to be found within you own heart. Eternal happiness will be your reward. And if we all did it together, miracles will happen.

We are all born with a distinct purpose and an exciting destiny waiting to be fulfilled, but the deafening din of this mad world makes it virtually impossible to correctly get our bearings.
