It is often said, that “there is not time like the present.” That’s excellent advice. There is, after all, no other time like it because all other times are times over which we have little or no control. That’s what mindfulness and meditation is all about. We are advised very wisely to not stew over past problems or worry about what the future holds. So, make sure you don’t dwell on what has happened or what may happen next. Be happy with what you are experiencing now, and in this wonderful year ahead, you will fix all your problems. Feel good about where you are now, and the future will take care of itself.
